Frequently Asked Questions

1.

Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: In an effort to spend more time with my patients and keep costs down, I have elected to not bill insurance. Because of this, I am not restricted by what your insurance will cover and am able to spend the time with you that is necessary to uncover your path to wellness. This means all costs are known up front - before choosing to have testing done, or ordering a supplement, you will know exactly what you can expect to pay. I will print a superbill for you if you'd like to submit it to your insurance company. I am also able to charge FSA (flex-spending accounts) or HSA (health savings accounts) for payment.

2.

Q: Do you offer any discounts of payment plans?

A: If you cannot afford the cost of my services, please contact me by phone or email to discuss other options.

3.

Q: Will you act as my primary care provider?

A: I provide a specialty consultation only. I would strongly encourage you to have your own Primary Care Provider and I am happy to communicate with them regarding your plan of care as needed.

4.

Q: What are your hours?

A: I am open by appointment only. I am available most evenings and weekends, but I am able to schedule daytime appointments as well.
